Event Description:
APPLE CARVING JACK O'LANTERNS
Make art from nature at the Nicandri Nature Center! Carve a face into an apple and then treat it so it dries and shrinks into a Halloween masterpiece. Make your creation on Sunday, October 22 beginning at 2pm. Carving tools are kid friendly, program is open to all ages. Younger kids will need parents to help. Program is free of charge and all materials will be provided.
The Nicandri Nature Center is funded by The New York Power Authority.
