Book signing & reading in Massena

This suspenseful novel centers on the discovery of a mansion in the woods and a haunting figure that keeps calling our heroine, Deavon O’Kealle, back to the long abandoned home. Author Brooke Burdett will read passages from “Remember the Legend” on Saturday, Nov. 11 from 1 - 2 pm at the North Country Showcase in the St. Lawrence Centre Mall. While she is concentrating on the mysterious, her sister Brandee Burdett will also be reading and sharing stories of the Law-Hinman family through recipes and vignettes of generations of the family the sisters grew up in. This delightful book preserves memories as well as the food that brought the family together, and is sure to be a delight for all with unique flavors hidden in its pages. Join Brooke and Brandee at the Showcase where their books will be available for signing. This is the fourth in a series of readings and book signings by local authors that North Country Showcase is proud to present. It is free and open to the public.
