December 2018 Webinar: "Easy Tech Tools For Client and Customer Communication"
You may be using email and Facebook messenger already but there are a few, handy tools you can be using for communicating with your clients and customers. This webinar will cover three great options:
1) Zoom (for holding virtual meetings with individuals or groups),
2) Loom (for recording screencasts within Google Chrome), and
3) ManyChat (for automated messages on your facebook pages).
Each tool will include three examples of how it can or is being deployed as a real business solution. All tools have free versions (Note: you will need a Gmail/Google Apps or Slack login to use Loom) and we'll be concentrating on the features of these free versions (and the differences with 'pro').
