Food Sampling in Potsdam

The Potsdam Food Co-op's 3rd Thursday Sampling continues on August 16th from 3:30 - 5:30 pm. Featured are new items in the store that are also on sale for the entire month of August: four flavors of Bobo’s Toast’r Pastries and Coleman’s Turkey Burgers. Bobo’s Toast’r Pastries are gluten-free and non-GMO. All four delicious flavors will be offered for sampling: Strawberry Jam, Blueberry Lemon Poppyseed, Chocolate Almond Butter, and Chocolate Peanut Butter. These are a healthy version of a classic childhood favorite in a grown up, whole grain, and fresh-baked toaster pastry! The Coleman’s Turkey Burgers are lightly seasoned and packaged in convenient patties, just waiting to be grilled! This lean source of protein is free of hormones, steroids, and antibiotics - the vegetarian feed also is free of animal byproducts. The Potsdam Food Co-op & Carriage House Bakery and Deli is located at 24 Elm St. and is open daily from 8am to 7pm. It is a member-owned cooperative grocery store (although membership is not required) where everyone is welcome to shop and anyone is welcome to join.
