FOREST THERAPY TALK AND WALK
Join Sarah Pickard from Lazy River Forest Therapy for a free talk about the mental, physical and spiritual benefits of Forest Therapy (also known as Forest Bathing). Following the talk there will be a free Forest Bathing Experience. This will include a slow easy walk on the trails walking between 1/4 and 1/2 mile. Refreshments will be served. The talk will be held at Lazy River Playground and Retreat Center LLC ON Saturday, May 25 from 10am to 12pm. Sarah is an ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide.
