PHANTOMS IN THE PARK
Presented by: STLC Canton Chamber of Commerce
Calling all goblins, ghosts and ghouls! The annual Phantoms in the Park is set for Saturday, October 28th in Canton's Village Park. Events will kick off at noon with activities and a costume contest, followed by a Trick-or-Treat Parade to downtown businesses.
NOON - 1:00PM | ACTIVITIES IN THE PARK & COSTUME CONTEST
Kiddos can enjoy the Canton Fire Dept., St. Lawrence Co Sheriff's Dept. and County Fire Chief's mobile onsite in addition to Boyden Brook Body Works' Monster Truck! Family fun activities will be offered throughout the park thanks to students groups from St. Lawrence University!
Dress to impress and enter into the annual Costume Contest! The categories for the costume contest are Scariest, Most Original, Funniest, Most Patriotic, Cutest, Most creative Use of Recycled Materials and “Families at Phantoms”.
1:00PM | TRICK-OR-TREAT PARADE
Join mascots Roody Roo from SUNY Canton and Buck the Eagle from North Country Savings Bank as they lead a Trick-or-Treat Parade down Main Street to local Canton businesses (between Park Place and Riverside Drive). Businesses from throughout Canton that are not within the parade route will also be distributing candy at their booths within Village Park including: County Seat Realty, the Canton Animal Clinic
