The St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce will host it's monthly Learn & Learn Webinar on Wednesday, June 7 from 12:00pm - 1:00pm. This month's webinar topic is Hiring Generation Z.
The featured presenter will be Julie Parkman, Director of Career Services at SUNY Canton. Julie will provide an overview of the general characteristics of Gen Z, helping employers understand their motivation and what is important to them. This generation has different experiences, expectations and values than previous generations and the webinar will highlight a discussion on hiring and retention strategies of this specific generation.
