Dark Island Spirits is a True Craft distillery in Alexandria Bay, New York - “The Heart of the Thousand Islands”. Come for a visit to see how we handcraft and Musically Mature our award-winning Bourbons, Whiskeys and Brandies alongside our Vodkas, Gins and Liqueurs. You will not see the term “Neutral Grain Spirits” on a bottle made by us and if you want to know what that means, please stop in and we can discuss it over a True Craft cocktail. In our tasting room and lounge, we offer all of our products for tastings, drinks and by the bottle, alongside numerous local NYS wines and NYS Craft Beers.
